Message	Apparently, the IIS included in WinXP Pro has a default limit of 10 simultaneous connections, with a keepalive timeout of 900 seconds. You have to use an admin script to raise the limit, but it's still hardcoded to take 40 as a max. I also disabled HTTP keepalives, so you guys shouldn't see red X'es anymore. The wheels on the bus go up and down...
